- Transported section #1 to Mike's house and mounted it on to the former we made over TEO years ago! -- Former was originally made to be used with stitching method of applying foam to former -- We decided to use it instead with our section-by-section application of the fold-a-plane method - Found a slight problem with the section not totally matching to the former. -- We decided to put the rough edge of the 1/2 to 1.4 inch foam joints on the inside (vs. the outside, as called for). This change resulted in a slight shifting ((tapered shift) of the trim line (1/2 inch each side). This difference will be filled with 1/2 foam and glasses later. - We also found a radius mistake on the 84.062 station former (only on the left side) -- We added a piece of 1/4" foam to the radius -- Mike later sanded it to the correct 7" radius shape
