- Applied 2 1/2 inch BID strip to top of seat back. - Drilled six 3/4 inch holes on lower edge of seatback for nut plates. - Filled 3/4 inch holes with Flox - Prepped front & back of supports for BID application (sanded/smoothed/slurried) - Routed only foam-exposed area of seat bottoms out 1/2 inch for micro-paste sealing.
