- Drew exact centerline from nose to tail section with laser level. - Cut out 3/16ths of inside BID/UNI for firewall installation. - Routed out 1/2" of foam between 1/2" and 1/4" foam areas at Station 0.0. - Cut Firewall to shape from pre-BID 5-ply Birch sheet, with 6.5" radius. - Mounted and secured firewall with epoxy-flox, ensuring it was level and true in all plains.
