Brief Description: Sanded Last Tip, Hinges Cut, & Prep'd For Fold-A-P
- Sanded off last tip that was sealed - Cut 6 hinges for elevator/stab connection --smashed ends of each hinge in accordance with plan directions --deburred each hinge
- Each of us agreed to review fold-a-plane directions (it's been a few years since we've really read them!) in prep for fuselage building. -- Plan is to put together sections at Rick's shop, then move them to Mikes garage for assembly on to fuselage former (that's been sitting there, built, since August 2004! -- Mike still has some final preps to make to his garage to prepare for assembly (build a fiberglass storage & cutting cabinet like we have in my shop and make room around former, etc).
