Brief Description: Drilling and disassembly – BIG mistake
Completed steps 1-3 & 5 on page 10-14. Skipped step 4 as I did not have a #28 drill. That step was completed on Nov 22. When I drilled the holes for the F-636 shoulder harness anchors I drilled the first hole on the left side and cleco. I drilled the second hole and did not cleco. The part then rotated when I drilled the third hole and it was WAY off where it should have been. Stupid mistake but a lesson learned. Part will be scrapped and reordered, re-bent, re-drilled etc....
Cut the front triangle off the right skin accordingly to step 1 on page 10-15.
Started disassembly. Each component was deburred according to the new spreadsheet as it was removed. Removed the top skins, longerons on the top skin, bell crank ribs, baggage compartment bulkhead and many of the aft deck components.
