Brief Description: Cleco skins and spars

Completed steps 1 & 2 on page 9-5 and started step 3. Assembled the ribs and rear spar to the bottom skin. Drilled the rear spar to the ribs, including the root rib. Need to complete the final drill for the ribs and front spar another day.
