Rivet the nutplate to the rudder horn and the horn to the bottom rib.
Added the reinforcement and nutplates to the main spar.
With Owen's assistance we completed the back riveting of the stiffeners to the rudder skins
Riveted the halves of the top rib to the respective skins (Page 7-8 step 1/2)
Started riveting the bottom rib/rudder horn assembly to the right skin. Was able to grind down a bucking bar to get the clearance to reach the trailing edge rivets. Needed to order a flush rivet set for my rivet run to get clearance around the rudder horn. Tool was received and final rivet was driven on 7/25. (Page 7-8 step 3)
