Brief Description: Tailcone and F1037 replacement

Had another idea on an improved set-up for back riveting. Same results as two days prior. Will need to teach Owen or Tracy to rivet this weekend. Received the new F1037. Recall I mis-drilled it when drilling the holes for the seat harness. New pat is drilled, including the holes in the aft deck.
