Completed step5 on page 9-16 and steps 1-6 on page 9-17.
Bent the end tabs on the each of the trim tab skins. Bent the bottom skin up 15 degrees per plan and drilled the common holes. Disassembled the components, and deburr. Once completed dimpled the skins and the bottom holes in the spar. Countersink the top holes where the elevator /trim tab hinge will sit.
The more I work on these trim tabs the less happy I am with them. I will continue to build them through but fear I will have to rebuild when done. Again, waiting to see what the final product will look like.
