Brief Description: Drilling ribs, acces plate and gusset
Page 9-5 steps 3-4: Drill outboard and root ribs to the rear spar. Install and drill shear clips.
Page 9-6 steps1-8 (all): Drill trim access and reinforcement plate to the bottom skin. Install and drill gussets between the root rib and rear spar (both elevators). Drill outboard tip rib assembly to the front spar and shear clip attached to the rear spar. Install the top skin using clecos. Install and cut to size the trailing edge wedge between the two skins.
Page 9-7 steps 1-3: Drill the close out tabs, bent previously, Drill elevator horns to the root rib and start drilling skins to the ribs and spars.
Note: The fit of the elevator horn, root rib and front spar was difficult. This came back to bite me later while prepping for final assembly.
