Brief Description: Ribs and shear clips cut and debur
After dad assembled the counterbalance ribs I drilled them and disassembled and deburred the edges. I did not deburr the holes as I am not sure there is not additional material drilled later in the process. The counterbalance ribs were clecoed back together.
I cut and deburred the shear clip.
I then deburred both pieces of the 16 elevator ribs using the bench and die grinder. The holes dad drilled were then deburred and the ribs were clecoed back together.
The E910 Hinge reinforcement plates were also deburred.
