Completed riveting the inspar ribs, below the stringers to the skin.
Completed riveting the stringers to the skin. Needed to purchase an inspection mirror to inspect the driven rivets on the bottom of the two stringers.
Started riveting the rest of the spars to the skin. Completed the outboard and inboard most spars as I could hit those with the pneumatic squeezer. Clecoed the other ribs in place and taped the rivets in place for tomorrow.
I think I have mentioned it before, but using the heavy duty packing tape to cover the heads of the rivets to protect the skin from the flush set has been a great tip. Takes a little extra time, but well worth the results. I think this technique also helps reduce the heads not sitting flush.
