Brief Description:  Continue riveting and a change in technique

Continued riveting the skin to the front spar. Completed the first side and started the second.

I was unhappy with how the rivets were looking early in working with the front spar. Started varying my riveting technique and found I was putting too much pressure on the bucking bar. This technique caused the rivet to be pushed out of the hole against the flush head and also did not allow the rivet to buck. When I released pressure on the bar and held it in place and allowed it to almost act as a hammer to form the shop head I was amazed at the results. The rivets went smoother, they looked better and it was much easier on my arms, hands and fingers.

I was very happy and excited as riveting to this point had been a fear. This new technique changed that attitude.
