Spent a few hours driving to Ramona and meeting with Bruce Hill who is building an RV 9. He is close to moving to the airport so I figured he would be a good resource to discuss my Vertical Stabilizer.
He gave me some good feedback and a few tips, including using packing tape to eliminate the minor scoring I see when riveting.
Overall my assessment of my work, including the few rivets I needed to drill out was accurate.
