Brief Description: Flight 84 - Dad 4 ride

0.6 flight time, 1 landing. Wind 120 @10 on takeoff, 14 g 17 on landing. Landing was one of those "didn't feel it" type. Dad took video for a lot of this flight. Had to get gas first. Added 8 gallons, but not to full. Was indicating about 5 pre-flight, so will need to top it off to figure gph for the last few hours. Went over to the I-10 construction project - they have set a few of the bridge beams in place. Then went over to the ultralight field, then return. Cloudy and overcast. Bumpy down low, but smooth above 4500 MSL. Almost nobody else out for a Saturday morning, but this "bad weather" probably kept them home. (We're used to about 360 days / year of CAVU, wind < 5 kts early in the morning). Pushing over to descent to the airport, indicated about 160, was seeing 176 on the GPS. I know that was tailwind.
