Added clamp to fuel line. Refilled fuel. Indicates about 4.5, but I put in over 6. So I may want to re-calibrate, though that would explain why I can only get about 15 total from what's indicated to what I can fill - there may really be 16.5 or so total in there. 0.4 flight time, 3x around pattern. On 3rd time, felt vibration from RH side. Thought it was probably something with the wheel pant - and it was. On return, found the outboard screw had fallen out. Plan is to add a tab washer and either safety wire or a cotter pin setup to put a secondary lock on the outboard screw. The inboard ones go into locking nutplates in the brake backing plate.
