Temporarily reinstalled the gear leg fairings to check for clearance to the brake backing plates for the wheel pants (wheel pants go in between). Not enough, so installed/removed the gear leg fairings a couple of times trimming each time until there's a reasonable gap between the fairing and the brake. Slipped the wheel pants into place. Looks good. Now need to get the axles tapped for the outboard fastener. One hassle will be to add air to the tires - will have to pull the gear leg fairings to pull the wheel pants to get at the tire valve. May work on locating a door of some sort on the wheel pant.
