Installed the upper avionics angle supports. Made another avionics support angle for the right side because the one that was there I thought I would drill through into the support. But the support ended up fitting better on the inboard side, and drill access was practically nonexistent on the other side. Rather than try to wing it by just drilling through, I remade the angle. Then I remade the two splice pieces for both avionics support angles because the 2nd to lowest panel screw location would have interfered with the upper splice piece rivet. Again, making something not in the plans adds tons of time from making things over and over to get holes where they need to be. Still need to take the remade angle and get the holes for the radio trays into it. Drilled out both panel faces to 11/64 for the screws. Next need to install the nutplates on the structural side. This panel installation is only 2 faces, 1 cross beam, 2 avionics support angles, 2 upper angle supports, and 2 splice plates, but it's taken quite a while to figure out what the dimensions on all these things need to be.
