Painted the air inlets with silver-colored metallic paint. Using the NACA scoops from Van's. Also loosened the rudder pedals in their blocks and sprayed in some white lithium grease. They were swinging easy after the last bit of sanding on the blocks, but made a little noise. Now they're really free moving and quiet. (Not that you could hear the noise behind a running engine, but noise means something is wearing.)
