Spent about 2 hours to countersink those locations which get it - the forward and aft spar attach angles. The forward ones are riveted to the F12 fuselage sides already, so it's not easy to get into those. Had to use a flexible drill extension with the microstop countersink. Finished off deburring the bottom skin (the last part that still had a little deburring to go). Spent about 1 1/2 hours on dimpling the fwd and aft spar boxes (pretty quick) and reassembling things - getting all the screws/bolts in place. Spent about 2 1/2 hours riveting. Wouldn't seem like it would take that long, but it did. Clecoed the aft spar box and the other fuselage side details (angles and gussets) that support it back into place. Completed F11 except for drilling the upper firewall to the upper forward cross beam - haven't hammered out the flange on the upper firewall or riveted the fuel filler box to it, but all those parts are cut out. Started looking at F09.
