Brief Description:  Idler assembly

Drilled the 3/16" bolt holes for the F10-17 idler assembly. Did this by clamping the two 1x1x.125 angles to each other and drilling through (to get matched holes, using the unibit up to 3/16"). Then clamped the spacer block to one of the angles and drilled it through, then clamped the aft attach angle to the 1x1x.125 angle and drilled it through. Also did the 7/16" holes for the bushings while the two 1x1x.125's were together. Then once all the holes were in place, it bolted together easily. Used the hydraulic press to install the bushings in the 7/16" holes. The .188 idler fit snug between the bushings. Should work fine when I get the bushing stock in place on the idler. Need to chuck the bushing stock in the drill press and take it down with emery cloth or very fine wet/dry sandpaper - the bushing stock measures .004 larger than the bushing, so it needs .002 off per side.
