Brief Description: Turtledeck install

Spent about 1/2 hour completing the riveting per F21 (riveted the upper cross beams in place). Completed deburring of F19 details and started reassembly. Got the overall skin in place and #5 former.

On right side, skin going on.

Doesn't look too shiny from here.
