Spent about 1 hour to pilot drill the #2 formers, finish drilling the #3 former. Completed all pilot drilling. Expect to need some shims to minimize dimples on the outer skin. Spent about 2 hours drilling all holes to final size. Spent about 1 hour disassembling. Spent about 1 hour deburring. Not done yet. Figured out how to drill the aft clip to the #5 former using short bit on right angle attachment. Could not get a drill on the upper hole of the forward clip (at the #1 formers), so I drilled this hole after the formers were removed using short bit on the right angle attachment. The forward and aft clips are the toughest parts to drill.
