Marked second wing tip blank with the grid from the first one. This is used to draw lines 1/2" in from the sides except near the front end, where the 1/2" has to be measured directly inboards. Traced the V shapes from the first blank to the second one (well, marked along the edges and in to the 1/2" line. Trimmed the forwards end of the first wing tip blank. Drilled holes at the points of the V's along the lower edge. Trimmed notches out at the V's. Filed edges smooth. This is the side to be bent up 45 degrees. Used the hand seamer for that, plus a small piece of metal cut at 45 for a pattern. Held it up to the wing. Looks good so far.
