Drilled the skins to the RH wing. Completed the drilling of the upper skin started 11/19, turned the assembly over. Leveled it inboard and outboard (to get the required zero washout). Drilled the lower skin to the assembly. The time today was over about 3 different work periods, each being just drilling. There's a LOT of holes here, and the holes through the main spar take a long time. Located the flap on its hinge. This aileron ended up closer to the flap by about 1/16". Still not sure if it's worth redrilling the LH aileron hinge. Maybe when both wings are assembled next to each other I will evaluate it again. Still need to finish a few holes on the main spar of the RH wing, then go back and final size all the holes aft of the main spar.
Lower skin being drilled.
Those blocks give level between the fwd and aft spars before the skin is added.
