Finished drilling lower skin pilot hole size, then went back and drilled to final size to free up a bunch of 3/32 clecoes. Added the flap hinge. Test fit the flap to the hinge, and I got the hinge pin most of the way in by hand, so it turned out to be pretty straight. Still need to drill the holes at the spar cap - the spar cap is much harder to drill than the ribs because it is somewhere around .188 thick. Also drilled the rib to spar holes to final size and drilled the forward root rib to the spar. Can't get to the aft root rib right now because the skins are in the way.
