Brief Description:  Aileron bellcrank clevis

Completed one aileron bellcrank clevis. Since the parts were already cut out, finishing consisted of bringing the bushing holes up to size, pressing in the bushings, and completing the 3/16 hole for the bolt. The bellcrank does not fit with the 1/4" spacer, so will need to shim it out wider. This was the W21-02R assembly. The -02L assembly is made from 1.5x1.5x.125 stock, and in trying to get that one together, I find that the angle stock was not at 90degrees, but something less. So either the sides of the clevis will spread outward, or the base of the clevis won't sit flat - probably be a combination of both which would cause the rib the clevis mounts on to flex or the bolt in the bellcrank to flex. Either way, it's not good, so I will remake these clevises from some 2x2x.125 stock.
