Took about 1/2 hour to install the bolts in the spar. Remembered that I wanted to scotch brite the webs for scratches, so I undid the bolts, got out the scotch brite that fits on the electric drill, and smoothed down scratches on the webs. That burned another 1/2 hour or so. Next hour I installed the bolts tightened down (first time was just to get the nuts and washers counted). Spent the last 1/2 hour or so working on the "practice spar", a 25" long "spar" I made from leftover spar extrusion (from Sonex #0042) - the cutoffs of the lower spars from back in the day where you cut your own.
