Brief Description:  Main spar

Took about 2 1/2 hours to get the through holes drilled in the 1" x 1.25" wing pin blocks, including having them drilled through to the mating parts and bolted. I drilled the through holes first with a #30 drill, then with a 3/16" drill. I figured the #40 was too small for that depth, and the #30 would load up and not clear the chips, so it took a lot of backing out and stopping to clear the drill bit. Took some rounding/sanding of the edge of the .060" spacer in the spar inboard tip angles to get the spacer to fit tight/flat to the angle. Then took a while to drill all the holes through with the blocks clamped to their mating parts. Spent another hour or so finishing the drilling of all of the angle parts to the RH spar (that's the angles with the wing pin blocks). Spent another 1/2 hour or so cleaning up the "practice spar" parts (more on that later). Spent the last 1/2 hour or so drilling as many holes as I could on the LH spar. I was drilling the holes between the every 5th holes that I had drilled a few days ago, plus drilled the spar tip web. I had another household woodworking/painting project going on at the same time as all this, so it was a long hot tiring day.
