Completed 1.5" holes in LH main spar webs, deburred these some to get them to lay flat (match drilling process left some sizeable burrs, otherwise I wouldn't bother with deburring at the small hole size). Clamped LH spar together to check - the 1/8" spacer web needs its "corner notch" filed back a little to clear the lower extrusion.
