Finished 1.5" dia. holes in RH spar webs and clamped spar together. Noticed that the fly cutter cuts the hole smaller in the thicker materials (.090 and .125) because the center guide hole wears out larger, allowing the cutter to ride in on the hole. Had to bring the holes up to size with the dremel.
