Took about 1.5 hours to drill one .090 web by match drilling through the .032 web, including marking the angled cut, making the cut, and sanding/scotch-briting all the edges, and cutting the 1.5" diameter flap pushrod hole. Spent about 1.5 hours doing the same on one .125 web. Spent about 1/2 hour finishing off the tip web assemblies - drilling the angle to the web, final sizing the holes, debur, rivet. Spent about an hour working drilling the 2nd .090 web. Marked the cut, but didn't make it.
