Positioned ribs in 2nd aileron and pilot drilled these into place, including hinge. This took about 1.5 hours. Then 20 minutes to final size drill. Remainder of time (over an hour) spent peeling off the 7-year-old plastic covering from the aluminum. If you have the old white covering, consider peeling it off. This stuff had dried up and the shiny plastic layer would peel off leaving the white and sticky on the metal.
