Bent up the flanges on the flap ribs. Added the drive plates to the root ribs. Lined up the drive plates, pilot drilled then drilled to final size. Disassembled, deburred, cleaned off markings with alcohol, reassembled, riveted. Marked edge distance lines around root ribs prior to reassembly.
This scrap of 3/16 angle cut down will work for right and left ribs.
For the opposite ribs, just change the order of the first and 2nd flanges bent.
