Spent about 1 hour fininshing marking the aileron for drilling, drilling the pilot holes, and cutting out the counterweight notch. See 1st photo. Spent about 1 hour attaching the drive plates to the aileron root ribs. See 2nd photo. Spent about 1 hour working out a template for the tip rib. Started with the dimensions shown on the print and tweaked a little from there. Cut out both tip ribs. Bent one up and pilot drilled it to this left aileron shown. Would be nice if it was as easy as making up the cardboard template, 3rd photo.
