Drilled pattern .032 spar web (51" long doubler) on drill press. Clamped 2nd doubler to it and drilled through on drill press. Checked hole locations - the 3 spar-to-spar bolts are right on. The two spar mount pins are close enough to easily align when drilling holes to larger sizes.
