Continued remaking the root rib gussets from .032 material. Discovered that in tracing these parts from cardboard patterns to the .025, then from the .025 to the .032 (with wrong grain direction) to this last iteration of .032 that the parts grew 3/32 to 1/8" all around. Trimmed two to correct size, didn't get any finished. Log shows 196 hours into the project. If this is a 750 hour airframe, 1000 hour total project, it sure doesn't look 20% done. But I'm hoping that the time spent now making all this small stuff (that fits into 1 paper case box at this point) will go together quickly when it comes to larger assemblies.
