Finished aileron pushrod holes through aft spar doubler plates. Finished flap pushrod holes through aft spar attach plates. Used dremel-type tool to finish the holes.
Drill series of holes around perimeter of desired hole.
Knock out centers with hammer and drift punch.
Finish off holes with grinder and sanding drum in dremel tool (photo from about a week later).
