Went over and looked at the I-10 project. Big mess this weekend. An 18-wheeler was T-boned at the railroad crossing - I suspect the traffic cop directing traffic didn't realize how long an 18-wheeler was (traffic cop caused it) because the lights are timed there to clear traffic when the train comes. Big back-ups as each direction is down to 1 lane for this weekend only. Went out west and did some ST&L and turns R&L. About a dozen hot air balloons in a field this morning. Much calmer then yesterday, wind 010 at 3. The I-10 project couldn't have been more of a mess if they tried. Down to 1 lane in each direction was bad enough, but 3 major accidents including an 18-wheeler T-boned by a train.
