Drilled out the aft close-off plate from the baffle after marking where the cut would be. Clamped the long hinge in place along the side, and since the lower side already had holes in it from previously being in an F12 assembly, I drilled that to the uncut baffle. Drilled the upper hinge to pilot size using the hinge drill jig (a board with some nails in it) then drilled the upper hinge to the baffle. Removed the hinge halfs then made the long cut on the baffle and deburred. Cut the aft close-off plate for the plug wire access, and drilled the short hinge that will hold that closed. Still need to final size the holes, debur, dimple and rivet.
