Got the oil cooler back. Tested by the supplier and shown no leaks, so it must have been the elbow fitting I installed in it. It was the elbow on the right side that was leaking, and in cleaning the threads with a toothbrush and acetone, I saw that these threads are not cut very cleanly - almost like the tap was knocked while it was cutting. But I cleaned them out best I could with the acetone, cleaned off the fittings one more time with acetone, and applied the white sealing liquid by Permatex. Started working on the LH cooling baffle - drilled the hinge I needed out of the surplus RH forwards fuselage side and cut the hinges to length.
