Removed the oil cooler and its baffle. Separated the baffle from the oil cooler. Trimmed 3/16" - 1/4" from the bottom edge of the oil cooler forward flange and a similar amount from the baffle. Noticed that 2 of the screws I used attaching the baffle to the cooler were 8-32 and 2 were 10-32. Figured out a 10-32 self-locking nut will stay on an 8-32 screw. Got all that sized back to 10-32, put it back together and put the cooler back on the engine. Will need to wait for later to see if this fixes the cowl fit.
