Brief Description:  Baffles installation

Reworked the hinge near the oil filter. Flipped it around so the hinge pin is inside the flow path instead of outside, and pulled the forwards edge down a little more. This gets the plate to sit just under the cowl lip when the cowl is in place. Trimmed the precut baffle quite a bit to get a good 1/4" clearance to the cowling all around. When I first started it was tight to the cowling. This probably would have cut into it during operation. The silicone baffle seals were easy to cut with some very sharp scissors. They provide only 35 large-head rivets to do both baffles and the oil filter surround. I think it will take roughly double that to get it done. Also made the air-block plate for the #1 cylinder. I couldn't get the clip nuts to work, but it's so easy to just pull off the hinge pins and get the plate out I used regular 8-32 nuts on the air-block plate. Hung the oil cooler - up higher than I have the bracket drilled for. With almost 3 rows behind the sump fins, it clears the cowl. I received the 90-degree quick drain from Jabiru. I will need to build a small box into the oil cooler baffle to surround this, but it should work better than the baseline oil drain.
