Started fitting the longer bushings into the elevator pushrods and control triangle. The bushings on the print for these AN4 bolts are too short, so I ordered the next longer size from Wicks. With these, I can put them through the idler pushrod as a guide for length, and a few seconds on the belt sander to take them down so they are just long enough to clear the pushrod. Got two of them done and installed them on the long elevator pushrod. This way, the nuts on the bolts can be socked down tight, and the pushrod rotates on the bushing. Then I went looking for the cotter pins, but I either never had the ones for the AN4's or I lost them. I have a collector bag where I have been trying to keep all of the cotter pins, and these aren't in it.
