Spent about an hour fitting the cylinder baffles. It doesn't look like much, but there's the oil filter to trim around, the baffle at the engine mount on the left side needed a little trim, then the between-cylinder oil tubes needed to be trimmed around. Plus pulling out the valve cover screws - those are TORQUED to some ridiculous value. I'll check the manual to see what it is when I put them back on, but it looks like they don't use an o-ring or gasket - trying to get tight valve covers with just metal-on-metal sealing? No wonder they were so tight.
