Brief Description:  Motor mount installation

Finished drilling and countersinking the mount to fuselage bolts. Installed bolts in the holes to hold the mount while drilling the other holes, then took it all back apart to trim the edges of the shims, debur, and complete the rudder pedals, fuel tank, upper firewall, and glareshield installations. The upper firewall has to be in place before the motor mount goes on for the last time. By its shape at the sides, it can't slip in after the mount is in place. Found the secret to easily getting enough torque on the phillips-head screws - a new #3 phillips screwdriver. It's bigger than the other screwdrivers, just right for this size fastener. If you're having trouble holding these screws while wrenching on the nuts, get a bigger screwdriver. For the lowest screws on each side, some have gone to extremes - cutting the bolt shorter, using a low-profile nut. I didn't have this problem. Need to hold the nut in an open-end wrench and turn the screw into it, but the per-print nut will fit.
