Brief Description:  Aileron assembly

It occurred to me overnight what the problem with the fit of the aileron skin was: the addition of the counterweight plates. These plates protrude into the folded over flange at the top forward edge of the aileron, preventing it from pulling down tight. So I pulled it all apart and filed clearance into the hinge and into the aileron (shortest flange) at the counterweight locations. That did it - everything pulled in nice. Had to make a new tip rib, so I took the opportunity to make one that fit even better (the first attempt I thought was acceptable). I'm tired of the aileron, so I'll leave it at that - not all of the pilot holes drilled, everything in 3/32 size holes.
