Drilled the h-stab ribs to the forward and aft spars. Had a bit of confusion about the distance between the spars, and found that the bent angle stock parts on the aft spar had the aft row of holes for the rib drilled 1/4" too far aft. This made the inboard ribs appear to be too short. So I drilled holes at the proper location and it all fit from there. How I got confused: drilled the rows of holes 1" apart instead of 1" from the forward edge of the part (3/4" apart), so keep checking those dimensions.
