Cut out a replacement T12-07 vertical tail forward spar 3/16 detail. The first one I had bent in the vise by clamping a 2x4 to it for leverage. This led to a bend radius that was too large. So large that it would not sit flat on the spar channel. So I got a new one cut out of 3/16 plate.
