Drilled the horizontal stabilizer skins (about 45 min.). Cut a 3" radius hole at the tip end to provide the curve at the tip, and cut the tip end of the skins. Deburred the perimeter of the parts, cleaned the printing and layout lines off with alcohol - from what will become the outer side of the skins. The polish will take this off, but starting with it gone helps me keep it straight which side is out and also won't get the ink mixed in with the polish. I doubt that this matters though.
